Lane Diamond’s practice focuses on shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims and commercial collection matters.  Mr. Diamond has also advised clients on general transactional matters including entity selection, contract review, licenses, and merger and acquisitions.

He is an active participant in the legal community, being a member of the Houston Bar Association and Houston Young Lawyers Association.

Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, in 1975, Mr. Diamond holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Diamond also holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Houston Bauer College of Business. Mr. Diamond is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado.
